[cisco-voip] CUCM 6.1.1 - disable Personal Directory on IPPhone

The personal directories are part of the Directories URL the phone  
uses.  If you want to remove it I'd recommend making a custom  
directories URL (hosted on your own server) that just includes  
corporate directory.
