[cisco-voip] callmanager license migration from 4.x to 6.x

you have me doubting myself now...

Speaking of the DMA upgrade, I am in the middle of one right now in which I
changed hostnames during the 4.x to 6.x upgrade.

For some reason, the new 6.1.1a publisher is still trying to replicate to
the old subscriber hostname, even though i deleted it. This has broken the
replication to the new subscriber as well.

I have a TAC case open and the first two TAC engineers have told me that it
isn't supported to change hostname from 4.x to 6.x......ahhhh

Does anyone know what I need to do to get rid of the old subscriber name? i
think TAC needs to root in and edit the sqlhosts maybe?
