Guys,
TAC verified that my system CCM 5.1(2)b (5.1.2-3000-2) are hitting a
CSCsi47486. This is a problem with CSA on the linux that cause high
utilization of the Virtual Memory and Swap Partition. There is a two
workarounds:
1. Rebooting the cluster
2. Applying 5.1(3)a
I am not ready to upgrade the cluster, but I did reboot the cluster and
now I am monitoring values for Virtual Memory and Swap Partition
utilization.
I try to talk with TAC, but engineer couldn't answer on the question:
What is the range of "normal" values for Swap Partition Usage and
Virtual Memory Usage ?
Does anyone has some idea ? Maybe Wes have some insight, as always J....
My idea is that everything below 75% is acceptable but I am looking for
some "firm" numbers if possible.
Thanks
Mladen
