FYI to the group:  the "Intercom History" issue is a "known bug"
(CSCsk99117)  and TAC anticipates that that the next firmware update
will correct this issue.

When I upgraded from Call Manager 4.1(3) to 4.1(6), our directory
listings changed to include "Intercom History" which we don't really
want to see, because it now is sandwiched between "Placed Calls" and
"Corporate Directory" which our internal customers actually use.  Is
there any way to eliminate this or place it in a different order?  Thank
you!
