[cisco-voip] Unity 5 and Exchange 2007 UM integration

See, that was what I was thinking, and then, if you left a vmail via
Exchange 2007, I don't think the correct Unity-specific field would
get marked...

Possibly we could set up an AD thing where if there was an unread msg,
we could alter the unity field too...
