[cisco-voip] IOS T1 cas hookflash support

I know this has been mentioned on here before, but i'm just curious as to
whether anything has changed recently or whether anyone has had luck getting
this to work.
The design is as follows:
PBX <--- T1 CAS E&M winkstart ---> Cisco ISR <---------IP network-------->
Cisco ISR <--- T1 CAS E&M winkstart ---> PBX
So, I need the Cisco routers to proxy / relay the hookflash and the DTMF
digits that follow the hookflash from one PBX to the remote PBX. The router
should not analyze the hookflash DTMF digits against the local dialpeer
dialplan, rather it should relay them to the remote PBX according to the
active call in progress.
There is a h450 tcl script mentioned in some docs, but it is old (2003) and
specifies as 12.2 flavor of IOS - has anyone successfully used it for the
above scenario?
TIA
Justin
