[cisco-voip] Who works on the automatic notification email system on cisco.com?

I signed up for the automatic notification for voice software, but
haven't received email. Actually, sometimes I do, and sometimes I don't.

It wasn't until Wes or Ryan mentioned firmware 8.3.4 (to get rid of the
Intercom History "feature") that I thought to check cisco.com

So, would a TAC case get someone who could look at email logs from the
point of view of Cisco to tell me either:
1) That you tried sending it, but that it was rejected on my end for
some reason (unlikely since all the other cisco.com mail gets through)
2) That you didn't send the email because the script on cisco.com is
broken.

Or is TAC not the correct approach?
