Does this system also provide emergency personnel with specific
information about the caller's location (floor number, etc)?

We are using IP Celerate's product for 911 monitoring and it works
great. I just received a message that someone miss-dialed 9911.

Yes, the alert part works fine I believe....it's the monitoring that I
would like to do as well though.

The way we have it set (their support team helped us configure it), it
can either email, pop up a system tray notification, or display an alert
notification on any phone you wish. Here's what the email alerts look
like:

We had a demo of theirs and it wasn't one key monitoring. It
required jotting down the extension of the alert and then starting up
the monitoring service, searching for that extension and then
monitoring.

	Do you see something different?

Does anyone know of a solution for 911 alerting AND
monitoring?

I'd like to be able to trigger an alert and allow
one-key monitoring of the 911 call.
