[cisco-voip] Cisco Unity 5.0(1) license pooling engineering special?

License pooling is enabled as a licensed feature. Check the license
viewer tool to see whether it is listed as licensed or not. If you don't
have it, it is a zero-cost feature. Not sure off hand if you have to
actually order it, or if you can just ask the licensing people.

Are you trying to pool with other 5.0(1) servers or 4.x? The ES only
comes into play if you need to pool between 4.x and 5.x servers, it gets
applied to the 4.x servers so they can recognize the 5.x licenses. TAC
will need to provide you with the ES directly, most are not currently
available on CCO.
