[cisco-voip] DST problems with 7940s being one hour off on a DST patched system

Yes,. I recall that. I had added another date/time group with unique
name and put it on the device pool, and reset and still no change to
time when I reset them in mass. I then changed he timezone offset like
in previous discussions and reset in mass, and then changed it back to
the proper offset and reset in mass and it had no effect.  Only way
the phones took the proper time through resetting was when I did the
resets in small batches at a time (7 or so at a time).
