the specific fix for CSCsi92454 is present in CM5.1.3.1000.12, I 
confirmed the basic diffs.

That's not to say you are not running into another similar issue.  This 
is the only one I know of currently so further investigation (including 
possible bad merge) should be investigated.  TAC case number?
