[cisco-voip] SoHo voip solutions?

My wife is a home office worker, and she's currently got a single FXS 
that's shared between her phone and her fax machine.

I'm contemplating whether something like an account from Broadvoice + 
some sort of interface adapter like a SPA3102 to provide FXO lifeline 
service + FXS for her existing fax machine.

Has anyone set up something like this?  Am I overcomplicating things?
