[cisco-voip] page not founds increase on CCO

I ran into issues accessing my TAC cases.  It went down in the middle of
updating some case notes.

I don't know what happened, but one of the TAC folks I spoke to said some of
the internal tools went down and I'm betting this was part of why CCO went a
little haywire.

man, I tell you....corporate sites should simply run a dead link checker
once a week or something (once a day would be better).....
