Not sure about the answer to your original question, but have you considered just allowing 'right click' to dial from outlook?
 
All you need to do is to install the tsp plug-in, configure it and you can have a shared contact database.
 
Just my 2 cents ....

Is there any way or utility that can be used to sync ccm addressbook to a user's outlook contacts directly without using Tabsync and manipulating the windows address book?
