[cisco-voip] Find out MCS server specs

I'm not sure what I like better, the scc tool or the "go" links. Everytime I 
want to start complaining about not being able to forward secondary lines, I 
think I will start thinking of the "go" shortcuts. Maybe that will help the 
pain go away.
