Are the CTI ports in a partition accessible from the CSS assigned to the
phone you are dialing from?

I have created the trigger, TAPS rp, all phones are part of TAPS CSS.
When I connect a Phone the phone dials the TAPS number but I get a
busy signal. Also everything is registed with call manager. I have
restarted devices as well.

A bit lost.....
