[cisco-voip] CallManager password recovery wizard

The version of CallManager that we are running is 4.1.3.  Yes, the Admin
utility.  I have heard this utility can screw things up in a hurry if it
does not run right.

Which one? What version of CCM? Are you referring to the CCM Admin
utility?
