[cisco-voip] Call and desktop recording

Would appreciate if you could share your experience on any of the products that can perform call and desktop recording in a CM6 environment.

With and without UCCX. Regular and thin clients.

If you have used Nice, Verint, Witness, Telrex or others, please share your experience.
