[cisco-voip] 6.1.1 Upgrade - Can not get the phones to register

When 6 came out a few months ago, I downloaded it and upgraded a lab
box... and it killed the server cuz I didn't have the feature
license... I posted here warning everyone not to just download and
upgrade, but to make sure they had the license prior to the upgrade or
they would take out their network.
