[cisco-voip] IAD2431 and Mitel SX200

We attempted to deploy VoIP to several Hotels with Mitel SX200s a few months
ago using Adtran 916s.   That turned out to be a disaster, the Adtrans
turned out to be pure junk.  So I've been asked to revisit this again with a
2431.   Does anyone have any pointers with this combination?    One of the
many problems we had was with the SX200s that had a T1 interface.  They
would not dial out unless you could send dial tone back to it over the T1
interface.
