[cisco-voip] 7941 missing local directory on ccme 4.1

hi everyone
on ccme 4.1, I got 7941 phones add their local directory ,local speed dial,personal speed dial menus are missing when i press the directory button it says that host not found and these softkeys are mssing. But for 7940 and 7960s there is no this kind of issue.
I upgraded 7941phone firmware from term41.7-0-3-OS to sccp41.8-2-2sr1s but nothing changed.

any idea pls.
