That workaround was only valid for 5.1(2) as I recall. In 5.1(3)
they added a session ID to the parameters the phone sends to the
personal directories service and this effectively broke the
workaround in CSCsl95467. You will need to get to a version with the
fix for CSCsl95467 for it to work again.
For 6.1.1 this is 6.1.1.2501-1.
