The GlobalCallID is the value that CallManager assigns to a call. It's a
handy value for troubleshooting because you can correlate the value to
the CallManager trace files to find a call that failed. Also, I believe
it is used in products such as IPCC to uniquely identify a call for call
routing.

When I get this information I see the calling number and the called
number but then there is this other number that is confusing me. It is
the CGID_CALLID which is the same number as the GlobalCallID_CallID when
you view the call. Can anyone tell me what those are and what they
mean? It doesn't match the calling number or the called number.
