Yes, but you will need an SBC / IP2IP gateway to convert H323 (CCM side)
to SIP (mediation server side), and in most situations DSPs to handle
DTMF.  You will also require a mediation server on the M$ side.

just looking to get calls across CM to the PSTN.  Will that work,

4.x doesn't do presence. you may be able to get calls across, but it
will be extremely limited feature set.
