Take a look at the bottom right of that link

on the Additional Support Links parts, you have a link named :"Former 
Technical Documentation Site 
<http://www.cisco.com/univercd/home/home.htm>"  linked to univercd.

Personaly, I don't use anymore univercd, I prefer this one: 
http://www.cisco.com/web/psa/products/index.html
