[cisco-voip] BAT tool in 5 and 6

Holy crap yes.
It is a magical wonderland of difference... It is one of those things
you find in a new product and go 'wow, they listened to us???'
Now, that being said, it is missing some stuff... like bulk importing
route- and translation-patterns (that exists in 6.1, but it is clunky
and buggy)... I would also like to to be able to bulk-load CSSs...
But it is light-years ahead of 4.X
