[cisco-voip] Unity 5 duplicate messages?

Look at the detailed headers for the message (and copies) in question, 
find the Message-ID header and see if they match between copies. The 
Message-ID is generated upon message submission, so if these match, then 
the problem is downstream of Unity (probably the client itself). If they 
are different, you can use each Message-ID to track the messages in the 
Exchange Message Tracking center to get some more details on when/how 
they were submitted.
