We use UNITY. The .wav files returned by Unity can be loaded into IPCC
scripts

We use Adobe Audition to convert wav files, works pretty good!

What is everyone using to convert their .wav files so they can be read
in IPCCx?
All my .wav files sound great until I convert it to CCITT uLaw 8kzh
8bit. There is more static on the phone than I would like.
