I second that. Unity recordings just make life easier. For the
customers that have professional recordings I just use the free version
of wavepad (www.nch.com.au/wavepad) or Audacity
(audacity.sourceforge.net) for windows or linux.

Never tried Adobe Audition. I'll give it a try for my next install.

We use UNITY. The .wav files returned by Unity can be loaded into IPCC
scripts

What is everyone using to convert their .wav files so they can be read
in IPCCx?

All my .wav files sound great until I convert it to CCITT uLaw 8kzh
8bit. There is more static on the phone than I would like.
