[cisco-voip] Unity User Not in Dial By Name Directory

This is bad news if you have Internetsubscribers. No easy way to do this without web/admin access. :(

  User has to record their name before they will show up in the dial by name directory in Unity.  Every time.

  Unity 4.2:

   

  Ok I am sure I am just overlooking something simple.  I have a dial by name directory handler in place that users can get to from our main call tree.  One of the users I have in Unity doesn't show up when you dial part of his name.  Two other people with the same last name show up.  He has list in the phone directory checked on his unity subscriber account.  Not sure where else a person can be exempted from the dial by name search.  I did check his name spelling in unity as well it is correct.
