I just created a serial number grabber this weekend since one of my
customers wanted to renew smartnet.  It's written in perl and I've
tested in linux and windoz.  It's opensource and available for the
asking.

Contact me if you are interested....(I didn't want to attach the file to
the list).

I also need some volunteers to be testers for other models, firmware
revisions, etc.

I've only been able to test with the following phones:
7910, 7911, 7920, 7935, 7936, 7941, 7960, 7961, 7970.
