[cisco-voip] : Avaya Caller names over PRI

Hello Edward,

I remember dealing with this same issue some 2 years ago.
I think it is important to have the Cisco as Network part
of the ISDN PRI instead of user. Many old PBX from Index/Avaya
don´t function very well as ISDN network site, they always expect
to have telco on the other end as network. Cisco IOS voice gateways
are flexible regarding this.
