Ok. Went through and disabled all the CAR Reports and disabled the CAR
Scheduler service and CDR web pages since they don't use the reports
or cdr at all. Ujnder RTMT, the critical server down alert is going
off for Cdr Services though being down. Is there a way to stop that?
