'utils dbreplication status' from the CLI.  This will generate a file  
you will have to download or view in the CLI to see the output.

You can also look at the Unified CM Database Status report in "Cisco  
Unified Reporting"->System Reports.

The Unified Reporting page is new to 5.1(3) and later I believe and  
is very cool. I highly encourage you to check it out.  Some of the  
report generation can be cpu intensive but it should warn you.
