[cisco-voip] PLAR CUCM 6.1

Is anyone aware of any bugs in version 6.1? I ran into a real problem
yesterday when added a PLAR line.  I built a partition named Panic
Button, a CSS named Panic_Button, a translation pattern with the "Called
Party Transformations" mask going to Ext. 77778.  Ext. 7778 was added to
Panic Button partition, Panic_Button CSS, and then call forwarded to a
test ext. number. I ran several tests from my test phones and all worked
well.  As soon as I changed the Call Forward number to

Ext. 63911(Public Safety) , everything went downhill.  The Public Safety
phones became unregistered, whenever they picked up a line on their
phone, it rang the emergency number.  Thanks
