[cisco-voip] Attendant Console and Global Directory/Department List?

Depending on the version, AC pulls a local copy of the users into an
access database.  I believe it only refreshes once a day, but you can
accelerate it by renaming or deleting it.

Is there some trick to getting the department list to refresh on
attendant console?  I added a bunch of users and specified a
department but even after I "reload" the directory via attendant
console the new department name does not show up.
