Configure 9369 as alternate MWI. It's under the 'messages' tab on the right I believe.

Just know that if you use Unity as the AA only the primary extension will ring even if they enter the alternate extension. Not sure if this has changed.

Subject: [cisco-voip] Voicemail on multiple phones

One User: works part time for our transportation office (6034 xtn) and part time for HR (9369 xtn) at two different locations.

To make her job(s) easier I set up one voicemail box for her with primary extension 6034 and alternate extension 9369. However, she only gets MWI and "envelope" on primary extension, what do I need to enable to get her second phone to announce messages?

  Thanks

  Kevin
