[cisco-voip] Unity Public Distribution List

I have set up a PDL and it works great except for security concern that anyone can leave a malicious message from a pay phone. So I change the ownership to existing subscibers and that's good except we need multiple ownerships( like #1boss and #2 boss)
   
  Is there a way to grant multiple ownership of a PDL?
