[cisco-voip] ATA

number 1. turn off all FAX RELAY (vgws, CM, etc)

number 2.  turn off Super G3 (33.6k) on fax machines.

number 3.  turn off ECM (error correction Mode) on fax machines.

This has almost fixed all my fax issues with ATAs.
