[cisco-voip] nBAR and Dynamic RTP Payload Types

Does nBAR (in my case on a 3845 running 12.4(19)) support dynamic RTP
payload types when using "match protocol rtp audio" or "match protocol
rtp video" in MQC class maps? I'm trying to use nBAR/MQC to set DSCP
markings on RTP traffic entering my router from the Internet.  I
haven't set up a packet capture yet to see of that is what is going on
but it would certainly explain why my class maps aren't matching
everything that I think that they should.
