All software support period shoulds be standard within Cisco for EOS/
EOL products. So yes once you see EOS you'll get software
maintenance (ie bug fixes) for a year from that date and end of
support will be 3 years from the EOS date (not the announcement date).

Hi everybody,

Thank you for you feedback and for the spreadsheet.

@James: Unfortunately, CUCMBE cannot be used (I am close to 400, and
this number will increase - > 500 users)
@Lelio: You are totally right, but we don't have the last word. (and I
really prefer to setup and maintain a 5.1.X or 6.1.X )

What about the EoL and EoS policies for 5.1.X or 6.1.X versions ?
The end of life announcement has not yet released, so, if I am not
wrong the end of maintenance is one year after the EoL announcement and
the EoS is three year after the the EoL announcement ?

Regards.
