[cisco-voip] Restore Reporting Data IPCC

Has anyone successfully imported IPCC 4.5 reporting data into an IPCC
5.0 Install?  We would like to do some reporting but after the reinstall
it seems we lost past data (I do have .tar backups).  Thanks!
