[cisco-voip] Bulk Import Route Patterns

You can write a perl script to read a CSV and then adds the route
patterns or translation patterns via AXL

Our AS guys once provided me with a script doing the above, not sure if
it's for public share though (it's a non official tool as well, so was
use at own risk).

You could ask your AS team or WES .. Or maybe someone wrote one himself
on this group?
