you mean we can migrate data of only Phones and Users not the CSS,RPs etc. Then how i can migrate the remaining one without creating them again.

We migrated phones/users from one cluster to another for a client using BAT to export the data which we then imported via BAT on the new cluster. PTs, CSSs, RPs, etc., we built manually. I would assume there is a better way with AXL, but this worked.
