I call those people who give me those errors "The-sky-is-falling" types. *shrug*

This Post is just to interject a little IT humor in the group. When an end user calls with a vague request "The Faxes are down"... what do you guys call that....
We refer to them as B.S.O.D. Blanket Statements of Disaster. they include but are not limited to:
I can't dial ...
The Phones are broken...
I can't print anthing....
I think the system is down....
and my personal favorite
The Internet is down...which I usually reply with "The WHOLE Internet, relax...I got it at home, I will back it up and bring it in"
so what do you guys call those?
