[cisco-voip] Fwd: No CDRs for outbound calls

I tried this but same results, no Outboud calls are being logged by the
CDRs  sent via FTP to the Call Accounting Server.

On the phone device configuration page, do you have the "owner id" field
defined?   I believe that needs to be configured on the phone otherwise the
calls get associated to -undefineduser (or something similar to that) in
CAR.

I am troubleshooting why our phone billing is off for our CUCM 6.1 system
and noticed that for the records being ftpd to the CDR server they do not
include outbound calls.   I made some test calls to and from my cell phone
from my desk phone and the inbound calls display but outbound do not.  Any
clue on what settings need to be configured to make them show up?   I am
thinking its something to do with the gateways.
