[cisco-voip] Upgrade to 6.1 to 6.1.2 and vmware

Yeah, you may want to start over with 80GB and just don't allocate
space (let it grow as needed)...

I created mine with 72GB and I am downloading 6.1.2 now... should have
it installed in a couple hrs...
