Serious Medicine for the Defense R

Just got the following error from CallManager 5.1.3a, for both nodes in
our cluster:

SDLLinkOOS LocalNodeId : 2 LocalApplicationID : 100 RemoteIPAddress :
10.255.251.10 RemoteNodeID : 1 RemoteApplicationID : 100 LinkID :
2:100:1:100 The alarm is generated on Sat May 03 10:40:11 EDT 2008.

>From what I've been able to tell, this means the CTI Managers on each
node lost communication. I've restarted the service on both nodes,
haven't received any type of follow up errors. Is it actually the CTI
Managers? Is there anything else that needs to be done for this?
