Hi list,

Recently, I've found a strange issue with the 7912 IP Phones, sometimes the
voice quality is not good and some stranges sounds on the line are heared.
However, with 7960 all it's ok!. No problem with voice quality. So I
believed that problem is only 7912, I replaced with other 7912 and the new
IP phone was working well, but now again the same issue. I don't know if the
hardware differences between 7960 and 7912 is so important, at least for
voice quality. But when I "pinging" to 7912 I have 60ms in average, but to a
7960 2ms in average. Is normal this behavior -all the device in the same LAN
and the source of ping is the CCM-? 60ms for 7912??? Also I connected this
7912 in other external cluster (other company) and the RTT is 60ms as well,
but there aren't quality issues, so i'm confused.

Pls any suggestion will be appreciated.

RGds.
