[cisco-voip] CUPS 6.0.3 and Exchange calendaring

I believe this is often enabled by default. I know that 6.0.3 fixed this
issue for a customer of mine who had FBA enabled.

I have upgraded my CUPS-System to 6.0.3 today. In the release notes is 
written that CUPS now supports the use of FBA with Microsoft Exchange 
2003. I cannot find any documentation how to configure that. What are 
the benefits of using this authentication method?
